During the more than 38 years Dennis has been practicing law, his practice has placed particular emphasis on matters involving Workers' Compensation, Social Security Disability and Personal injury. During that time, he has tried well over a thousand workers' compensation cases, representing both employers and workers in matters involving injury by trauma, occupational diseases from exposure to noise, fumes, chemicals and dust and disability due to defective equipment, heart attack, repetitive motion and other causes. Many of these cases have involved serious injuries, amputations, loss of use of various body parts, lung transplantation and loss of life. In addition, he has successfully negotiated lump sum settlements, when appropriate and taking into account the interests of Medicare, where applicable.

As a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and a founding member and former Director of Pennsylvania Industry for Workers' Compensation Reform, Dennis has earned a statewide reputation for his knowledge and skill in this complex and rapidly expanding area of the law. With the advantage of his unique perspective, exceptional negotiation skills and an ability to recognize and address the issues involved in complex litigation, he continues to be one of the most highly sought after and respected practitioners in this area. He is recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the field of Workers' Compensation for years 2015 and 2016.

Dennis is a member of the Westmoreland County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. In 2012, Dennis was named the Pro Bono Attorney of the Year by the Westmoreland Bar Association. A pro bono volunteer since the inception of the program in 1991, this award is given to the attorney who has provided exceptional volunteer legal representation to indigent Westmoreland County residents.

Dennis is also active in community affairs and has served on the Hempfield Recreation Commission, as Solicitor tor the Westmoreland Suzuki School of Music, and as Secretary of the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Parents Association, He also served for over 25 years as the Municipal Solicitor for the Borough of Hunker.

Dennis grew up in Oakmont, Pennsylvania having graduated from Oakmont High School and wherein he earned a football scholarship to attend the University of Pittsburgh located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Pitt in 1971 having earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. From there Dennis went on to attend the Ohio Northern University- Claude W. Pettit College of Law earning his law degree and graduating in 1974. Since 2011, Dennis is a partner in the Greensburg Law Finn of Galloway Monzo, P.C and was formerly a partner in the firm of Bolden Law from 1975 to 2011.

Dennis is a member of the Westmoreland Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
